Somewhat frustrating experience initially. I arrived three hours after check-in time and the property had not been cleaned, then had to wait another few hours to have it cleaned after I messaged them to let them know of the issue. I ended up not being able to access the property until 5.5 hours after check-in was supposed to be. Otherwise, it’s a pretty bare bones rental.The best feature is that it's in a good neighborhood near amenities.

Quiet, Clean, Convenient Spot!

Super convenient location in a really (I mean seriously) quiet, safe neighborhood, but still only a short 10 minute walk to BART and Downtown Berkeley. Bright, clean accomodations with everything you'd need to make your own meals, this was an amazing home base for exploring the Bay Area -- would definitely stay here again!
