「My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. 「It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room.」

「This was the best hotel of my recent week-long road trip across the country. It was clean, as Holiday Inns consistently are. I appreciated the larger sized refrigerator with a freezer section in the room and the included toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The staff was exceptionally friendly and really made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good and included eggs and quite tasty biscuits and gravy made with sausage. 「There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference」

「Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. 」

「Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!」
