The 3 1/2 room flat in country house style is located on the 1st floor and is south-east facing with a surrounding south-facing balcony. The master bedroom also has an extra east-facing balcony. The flat is exclusively furnished to a high standard. The living and dining room area has a handcrafted beamed and coffered ceiling and an electric tiled stove with stove bench.
