「Staff changing shift need to communicate efficiently between them. When I arrived I requested a shuttle for the morning and was informed to be downstairs 5 minutes prior. When I arrived in the morning 5 minutes prior the person at the lobby stated it was not on the list. 「all good」

「The hotel is really beautiful it has a lot of potential but the staff was at times rude, I asked for a refill on the complimentary drinks in the fridge and they said well we refilled it yesterday, I said well today is a new day and they brought them with an attitude, none of the outlets in the room worked, just overall a bad experience because of some of the staff the only staff that were good in my opinion were the buffet staff other than that not good, I don’t think I’ll ever come back there.」
