“We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years and have seen the transformation that has occurred over recent times. My sister and I stayed with our elderly mother for 5 nights. I have to say that the staff at this hotel are exceptional. So friendly, kind and hard working. The half board menu was delicious and couldn’t fault the food. “This was a fun place to stay while visiting the battle field. The village was very interesting with many small shops. The room appeared to be recently renovated and staying above a pub was a fun experience. The pub itself was also excellent. Our only complaint was lack of air conditioning...which resulted in us opening a window...and listening to traffic (the road out front is very busy) All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area”
