Great spot & location!

We had a great time staying here for a longer weekend! The place is super spacious and clean. The location is also great - close to so many good spots, easy beach access and close to a bus stop if you want to head down to the boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Moms Getaway

Annual ladies trip to OC….great property! Clean and centrally located. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Convenient to beach and dining options in town. Great communication in booking process. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We loved the location of this place! It was an easy walk to the beach and the house was so clean and nice. It is on the second floor so a lot of steps to get up there when moving things in. Our family loved it and we will be returning!

Beautiful Home

Stayed for a long weekend with girlfriends to celebrate my 50th and this place was EVERYTHING! spacious, clean and so close to beach, coffee and nightlife. HIGHLY recommend. Bigger than it looks in the pictures!

Emily Birthday celebration

Wonderful place to stay. We had such a good time celebrating our daughter's special birthday with some friends and family. Also made short vacation so being close to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend property. Just needs a little bit of updating with some of furniture and also if could have some cleaning supplies such as windex or bathroom cleaner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very spacious for my family of 6 including my mother in law. Everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and even had seasonings. Check In was very easy! Good thing I read the paper that was emailed to me before leaving because they don’t provide bedding unless you pay for it or bring your own, we brought our own. Before leaving OC we always eat breakfast at Dennys and wow it’s right across the street...literally! This location is perfect because you’re near the market, bowling alley, Belly Busters, Sunset Island, SKY BAR, Seacrets, Macky’s and most importantly THE BEACH!!!! We will return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this rental unit. The unit was perfect for us - 5 adults and 1 infant. The unit is roomier than the photos depict and the deck is the best in the building with excellent views toward the ocean and the bay. An issue with the door lock was quickly addressed by the management team. Bed listing was incorrect (2 kings and not 1 king / 1 queen) so we were short on sheets for 1 king bed. The cushions on the outside deck furniture are in need of replacement / upgrade. Other than those issues, great rental and would consider it again for a future stay.

We were traveling with 3 small children so there was plenty of room for them yo play inside and outside on the spacious deck. This unit is not for anyone who can’t climb stairs because there is no elevator. We also picked this unit because it had a washer and dryer. The washer was new but did not work. We called for service and they cane the next day and said the washer needs to be replaced. So, we were unable to wash clothes or towels for our entire stay.

Best OC rental in 45 years

This place was fantastic. I have been renting in OC, MD for 45 years with my family of 6 and this place was, by far, the best. I hope I can get the same unit next summer.

An incredible stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The booking and checkin process was a breeze, with the entry being fully code based, so no worry about driving around picking up and dropping off keys. The place itself was spacious, wonderfully decorated, and offered both great views of the ocean AND bay and a great location with being in walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops, and other activities not to mention the beach. Would highly recommend!
