Amazing 3 BR 2 BA Oceanfront Unit Large Indoor Pool

***Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Imagine waking up to the sun peaking over the horizon as it turns the ocean a warm shade of orange. From there, you move to the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee to the sounds of seagulls and waves crashing on the beach. It really doesn't get much better!

Located on 110th street in the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a large indoor pool with a huge sunbathing deck, tennis court and even a large game room with an indoor basketball court! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV. There are two full size baths, and both have been updated. The unit features a nicely equipped kitchen with granite countertops and appliances. There is fresh paint throughout you can see the owner's pride in ownership. There is also a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi internet. Be sure to book next year's trip early as this one book up fast!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* A non-refundable building registration fee of $75.00 is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. The Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
