This beautiful Condo is tucked right in the heart of downtown Ocean City with a Balcony overlooking the beautiful Ocean City Inlet! Pack your swimsuit and flip flops and prepare to indulge in one of the best kept secrets Ocean City has to offer!

No detail has been overlooked at Assateague House 309. Sleeping 6 adults and 1 child only, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, there’s room for the whole family. The Living Area is the heart of this beautiful home and provides a gorgeous open space where you’ll take in stunning Views of the Ocean City Inlet. Assateague House 309 provides a haven for your family to unwind while on Vacation. Enjoy seeing the sights of the Inlet with the working Nautical Scope or relax and enjoy the Free WiFi, Flat Screen Smart TV with Cable and Streaming, or spend the day at the refreshing Bayfront Outdoor Pool - open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

You’ll love special features such as the well-stocked Kitchen with a breathtaking Custom Mural as its backdrop. Mealtime will be an ocean breeze with all the comforts of home and ample countertop space. Dine together at the table in the comfort of Central AC, or sit out on the balcony and enjoy the fabulous Views while you eat! Treat yourself to a break from cooking at one of many great dining options nearby!

The true showstopper of this home is the spacious Private Balcony that overlooks the Ocean City Inlet and Assateague Island! Begin each day sitting in the rocking chair with your morning coffee and watching the boats and finish off your days with a refreshing cocktail as the sun sinks into the Bay. You can even see the lights and excitement from the Boardwalk rides - always so pretty at night!

The Primary Bedroom has a cozy Queen bed, as well as a Smart TV, so you can catch the morning news while enjoying coffee in bed. The attached Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo. Unique Bedroom 2 sleeps up to 5 with a Full over Full Bunkbed, as well as a Twin Bed - perfect for the littles in the family. Down the hall, you will find the 2nd Bathroom with another Tub/Shower Combo. Should you need it, there is also a stacked Washer/Dryer found in the Hall.

Assateague House 309 is a true DREAM and offers so much for everyone in the family and is perfectly located in Ocean City.

Condo was neat and clean for the most part. There was a pull up bar on one of the bedroom doorways with two guests over 6'5" so it was a problem.

The property was in a nice quiet location and the view was beautiful, there was only one parking space so the other person had to pay. The lock on the door never worked correctly and several times we had to leave the door unlocked in fear that we would never get it open. The shower floors were very dirty. The coffee maker had a filter and coffee from the previous tenant We had to clean and scrub the entire coffee filter. The floors were dirty. The sliding doors on the one tub were filthy. I definitely would not stay here again for the price.

Adorable gem at the perfect location!

You will not be disappointed, this adorable condo has a large (fully stocked) kitchen and living room perfect for entertaining with the whole family. It sits conveniently between both the boardwalk and bay areas, the views are amazing.

Dirty and Ants

As a long time renter of units in the Assateague House, the location and views absolutely cannot be beat! Having said that, this property needs a deep clean and an exterminator. On first appearance, things seem clean until you look a little closer to see that it really hasn't had a deep clean in quite awhile or the cleaning company which the rental company contracts with needs to be replaced. There were also ants in the living room and kitchen. Ants traps were already out, so clearly this is an ongoing problem. It's also very disappointing to have to pay for a linen package only to then have to make your own beds upon arrival with low quality sheets.

Great location

Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Perfect location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We were there for a concert festival and it was less than a 10 min walk! Super comfortable for a family and would definitely stay there again!

Dirty/ants

The property was very dirty, we found food under the sofa, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen and living room area. We had ant traps to put out and with a few hours they were full all 4 of them. The baseboards in the bathrooms specifically were filthy the look to have not been cleaned in a long time. The property manager was made aware of everything they offered to send the cleaning crew out to re-clean the property but it should have been done right the first time considering they charge you a cleaning fee. The ant traps that were there took care of the problem but if the cleaning was done properly the ant problem would most likely go away as well.

Beautiful property

Great location - within walking distance of so much which is a huge plus for us. There was some excitement at the Coast Guard Barracks so we were able to see the MD State Police helicopter land twice. I gave cleanliness a 4 - the only issue was the floor. It's in desperate need of a deep steam scrub.

Looked exactly like the photos

had a great stay! The property was nice and clean. location was great, close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away not to see the crowd. The only negative was the pool was always full so we couldn't get in. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Perfect getaway spot

We have stayed at multiple places in OC but this was by far our favorite. The location is perfect, close to everything but just enough away from all the traffic. The views are ideal! The condo was incredibly clean and literally had everything we needed. The rental company was super responsive and maintained contact with us throughout our stay. We will most definitely book this unit again.
