Great location

We really liked the location. You can walk to the beach and are in close driving distance to the Delaware beaches. The property was great in that it was very nice and loved having access to a nice outdoor pool and tennis courts. Definitely would stay there again.

Summer fun

Had a great time at this property. Very clean, easy check in, great location to the beach (10min walk), great location to the pool (1min walk), and also walking distance or short drive to grocery store and other shops/restaurants. Will definitely try to stay at this property again!

Plenty of space for our family of 4, easy walk to the beach and close to all of our favorite spots! Spent a lot of time on our little balcony which is very spacious! Benchmark Property Services was very responsive with a quick question we had after walking through the space upon arrival- the information provided noted 2 pool passes and only one was provided but a quick response over the weekend was appreciated so we didn't have to worry about it throughout our stay!

Great area to walk in. The accommodations were very clean and well-maintained. Benchmark provides exceptional customer service and the properties they manage are always very clean and well-maintained. This is our third rental with Benchmark. All were in different locations and we truly enjoyed our visit at all locations. I would highly recommend Harbour Club I. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area.

Perfect property and stay for what we needed. The pool across the street and Sunday night fireworks show seen right from the balcony were a nice bonus.

Great family vacation spot

We loved staying here for a week with our family. It was very clean, comfortable, and a beautiful community. The swimming pool was great, and it was in a perfect location near the beach. The sunsets on the balcony were beautiful. We would love to come back next summer!

Rental process and check-in very easy. Had mostly everything we needed.(wish linens were provided for this time of year, but knew they were not going in). Tastefully decorated and comfortable. The only negative were the noisy upstairs neighbors, but management has no control of this. Overall a great stay!

The layout was great and the amenities were great. 3 outdoor pools to utilize, great area to take walks, great views. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. This is our fourth time renting from Benchmark at 3 different locations. Our second time here. We highly recommend renting from Benchmark. They take good care of you.

An amazing stay

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly. It is nicely decorated, very clean and my husband and I appreciated the large gap between the master bedroom and the kids room 😉. The pool is just across the street-which the kids enjoyed- and even though we drove to beach, we could’ve walked it. The balcony was our favorite part! We loved that it was huge, we could access it from our room and it has the cutest double seats for my hubby and I to enjoy. The only thing we didn’t like was that after our 5 hour drive in, we had to spread the breads ourselves even though we were exhausted. But at least we were certain that the linens were clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting OC that doesn’t mind not being on directly on the beach.

Wonderful Condo in a perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this condo for our family of four with two kids, ages 3 and 6. The space was beautifully decorated with updated beachy vibes, clean, plenty of comfy seating, flat screen tv, cable, family games, king bed and kids loved the bunk bed! The location was perfect for us as it's privately located and family oriented but close to pool and sidewalks that are walkable and clean. I do think Harbour Club Community should allow weekly renters to use other amenities such as tennis courts, gym and indoor pool. The community center was dark and inactive the whole week so it certainly seemed unutilized. Would highly recommend in general.

Not Very Clean, Pool Rules Oddly Restrictive

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so excited when we pulled up, it looked like a beautiful, private community with lovely views. Sadly it turned out the condo was dirty, though not immediately obvious, having a toddler who moved the ottoman there was old food below it (we promptly cleaned up so 2 year old would not eat). Sand around edges and under a light rug that slid out of the way a few days in. Stains all over bath mats and mattress covers. Worst part was extreme dust in smaller bedroom curtains. It set off both my own and my son's allergies and being his room he then had to sleep with us as we didn't want him coughing and feeling sick. My husband opened the curtains and A huge puff of dust came up. A safety item, the fan in living area was extremely rickety, it did not seem soundly attached to the ceiling, so we chose not to use it.The pool was so strange, never before on vacation or at a community pool have I seen toddlers under 3 not allowed in a pool regardless of potty training status. The baby pool our child could use was being filled with hose water, which makes me question sanitation. With my son taking swim lessons having a pool he could use with us was important to us and we were extremely disappointed these rules weren't noted on the listing. The views were beautiful, location was good, and property felt safe but didn't outweigh other issues of stay.I waited to write this review until I could compare to another beach rental we had later this summer which had none of these issues, my son was welcome in the pool, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. With an abundance of beach rentals in DE and MD similarly priced there's work to be done here and the listing should be more reflective of community rules which don't really cater to families.

Loved our stay here!

The property exceeded my expectations. Very clean and catered to a family with young children. From the decor to the board games and FAQ binder, everything was well thought out. Perfect location, close to the clubhouse and beach with a perfect sunset view. We will definitely plan to return here next summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
