Masters bathroom not well cleaned. Kitchen needs rice cooker, kitchen storage closet accross from fridge is to small. Suggest getting recliner chair for the living room, the couches are very uncomfortable especially trying to relx and wtching the sea

Wedding weekend

The condo was nice. Had everything we needed for our trip. Great location, away from the noise. Gold Coast Mall across the street if you needed anything.

Average Overall

The property was not very clean. It had a very bad smell when we first arrived and you could notice it throughout our trip in the furniture and carpets. The property was also not very updated especially the bathrooms and kitchen. It definitely could use a facelift. The beds were also not very comfortable. Just seemed like a basic hard mattress. The property looks a lot better in photos. The amenities at the hotel were nice and the location was great!

Clean rental

The condo was clean and had essentials for the kitchen. Only issue was it had advertised two double beds but only one double. But not a big issue. Everything else was great.

Quiet and peaceful(1 month before on season)

Property was quiet during last two weeks in April. Condo was comfortable. A little dated and needs some minor upgrades. Beautiful clean beaches. Lots of dolphin sightings right from the balcony.

Family friendly

This property has SO much for the family. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The parking is troublesome, but that is overshadowed by all the things to do on site. Had a great trip and would stay here again!

Great location

Sea watch is a great location with lots of amenities for the family. Condo is cute has a nice hire of the ocean. Bathrooms and coffee maker could have been a little cleaner, overall all good.

Beautiful views/ terrible local management

When we arrived the unit was dirty. Towels were left from the previous renters behind the doors. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning in it and my son and daughter-in-law did not sleep well all week because of that. The second day my grandson who is 11 months old was putting something in his mouth when he was on the floor and I went to take it from him thinking that it was just plastic but it was a Shard of glass. I actually cut my finger taking it from him. We started looking around and found several more shards of glass. When we went down to talk to the local vacasa management team the assistant manager was very rude. Did not want to work with us at all. We decided to call corporate and got a much different response. They were very kind and apologetic. And they ended up making it right financially with us with just compensation. In the final analysis we would stay with vacasa again but just not with that local Resort because of the poor management and communication.

Great stay

Myself & family had a great 3night stay, location, clean, convenient, helpful staff, pool, beach access, check in process great, just the dryer was not getting hot enough to dry clothes. We will def rent again.

Just what we needed

We only stayed two nights but the kids were able to take advantage of almost all of the amenities. I wish we would have known the ones that required a chaperone, but it was still a great stay with added mini-golf! We also liked the street food from across the street.

Great place, but cleaning service isn't up to par

We enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible, the location was wonderful. Everyone that we met at the facility was pleasant and kind. When we called Vacasa, they were great to work with in solving our issues. However, the space was not well cleaned. It looked like a rush job, it appears that the cleaning service needed to get in and out. The laundry was locked and there was no key in the room as described. We called Vacasa and they got the laundry room opened the next day and had a plan for us for the rest of the stay. But when we got in there the sheets from the previous guest were still in the washer. Fortunately they were not moldy or mildewed. The kitchen was stocked reasonably well, but we had to wash several dishes before use as there was still food on them. It appeared that the dishwasher had been run, but not opened again, so whatever the previous guest left was still in there when we arrived at 10pm the night of our checkin. The sheets all looked clean and straight and for that we were very appreciative. The facility was quiet, and for the most part we had the entire place to ourselves.

Good and bad

Loved the views and property was very nice but everything was closed. I know it is off season but it was Sunfest so I would think the indoor pool would at least be open year round. What is the sense of having one indoors if you are going to close it along with the outdoor one. There was also some kind of fire drill at 11 pm not very pleasant at all when you are already in bed.

Somethings not so good, some things great!

The bathrooms were not cleaned well. We found several hairs in both bath areas. The dishes were not clean at all. We had to wash everything before using it. The table and counter seemed to have some type of film on the surface. The listing showed 3 bedrooms: 1 with king sized bed, one with queen sized bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Upon arrival, there was not a bedroom with two twin beds. We had two people that needed to sleep in separate beds, but there was only one bed. We specifically chose this one because it had a bedroom with two twin beds. Other than that, everything was great! The view was beautiful and we were so close to the ocean. The indoor pool was really nice too. The king sized bed was super comfy. There were several televisions to choose from, but the one in the small room did not work. The basketball court and playground were enjoyable and clean. We had a blast in the game room having air hockey competitions. The employees in the parking area were friendly and helpful. So, once we got the place and dishes cleaned and figured out different sleeping arrangements, we had a wonderful time.

Great for family

Overall, we're satisfied and pleased with the location. Kids were able to use the pool and were very happy about it. The only thing we've noticed is that one of the room does not have heater. Vents on that room are not connected to the HVAC. The sliding door locking mechanism leading to the balcony does not work (we had to block it so kids won't go out.

Great/Wonderful except for.....

The Condo was very nice. It is in a perfect location. Check in/check out was seamless. The owner provided enough supplies. We had a REALLY REALLY good time. The But to my review is the dishwasher is moldy. The mattresses need to be replaced. I mean like now. The refrigerator is on its last leg other then those things, the condo is perfect.

Nice experience

Everything was the same as the pictures. Even with the Covid we were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. The kiddie pool was great for my granddaughter. A small walk to the ocean. Never heard the neighbors. We would stay here again!

Great property with great view

We enjoyed the property and the amenities of Sea Watch! Great place for families where my kids loved the playground, tennis courts, and pools. Being able to walk out of the community and be steps away from the beach was a big plus. Great stay.
