Family friendly

This property has SO much for the family. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The parking is troublesome, but that is overshadowed by all the things to do on site. Had a great trip and would stay here again!

Great location

Sea watch is a great location with lots of amenities for the family. Condo is cute has a nice hire of the ocean. Bathrooms and coffee maker could have been a little cleaner, overall all good.

Sweet spot at Sea Watch.

We loved our stay at this condo. The 7th floor was the sweet spot for a nice oceanic and city view, breeze, and quality air. The condo was clean, very accommodating, and easy to access. Highly recommended.

Amazing Ocean View

The place was perfect!! Clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. We had a very minor problem with a door and both the owner and the maintenance staff responded immediately. well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and again... a perfect ocean view!!

Favorite property at sea watch!

Loved the property, very clean, well stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware. Not one negative comment! Stayed with two toddlers and 3 adults. Plenty of space!

Quiet and peaceful(1 month before on season)

Property was quiet during last two weeks in April. Condo was comfortable. A little dated and needs some minor upgrades. Beautiful clean beaches. Lots of dolphin sightings right from the balcony.

Clean rental

The condo was clean and had essentials for the kitchen. Only issue was it had advertised two double beds but only one double. But not a big issue. Everything else was great.

Ocean City winter getaway

I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed to find the advertised indoor pool was closed during our visit.We traveled with grandchildren who looked forward to swimming.We had to pay to find another pool.

The property was not very clean. It had a very bad smell when we first arrived and you could notice it throughout our trip in the furniture and carpets. The property was also not very updated especially the bathrooms and kitchen. It definitely could use a facelift. The beds were also not very comfortable. Just seemed like a basic hard mattress. The property looks a lot better in photos. The amenities at the hotel were nice and the location was great!

Great/Wonderful except for.....

The Condo was very nice. It is in a perfect location. Check in/check out was seamless. The owner provided enough supplies. We had a REALLY REALLY good time. The But to my review is the dishwasher is moldy. The mattresses need to be replaced. I mean like now. The refrigerator is on its last leg other then those things, the condo is perfect.

We paid top dollar for this condo and were not impressed. On the surface was fine. BUT the garbage disposal made a terrible noise like it was dying as did my bathroom fan. The dryer was rusted on the top when we lifted the cardboards sitting on top of the dryer, and the table on the deck was loosing its finish.- not what we expected for the price we paid. Seawatch itself was fine as always and lived up to our expectations from coming there for the last 25 year.s

Beautiful views/ terrible local management

When we arrived the unit was dirty. Towels were left from the previous renters behind the doors. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning in it and my son and daughter-in-law did not sleep well all week because of that. The second day my grandson who is 11 months old was putting something in his mouth when he was on the floor and I went to take it from him thinking that it was just plastic but it was a Shard of glass. I actually cut my finger taking it from him. We started looking around and found several more shards of glass. When we went down to talk to the local vacasa management team the assistant manager was very rude. Did not want to work with us at all. We decided to call corporate and got a much different response. They were very kind and apologetic. And they ended up making it right financially with us with just compensation. In the final analysis we would stay with vacasa again but just not with that local Resort because of the poor management and communication.

Just what we needed

We only stayed two nights but the kids were able to take advantage of almost all of the amenities. I wish we would have known the ones that required a chaperone, but it was still a great stay with added mini-golf! We also liked the street food from across the street.

Great place, but cleaning service isn't up to par

We enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible, the location was wonderful. Everyone that we met at the facility was pleasant and kind. When we called Vacasa, they were great to work with in solving our issues. However, the space was not well cleaned. It looked like a rush job, it appears that the cleaning service needed to get in and out. The laundry was locked and there was no key in the room as described. We called Vacasa and they got the laundry room opened the next day and had a plan for us for the rest of the stay. But when we got in there the sheets from the previous guest were still in the washer. Fortunately they were not moldy or mildewed. The kitchen was stocked reasonably well, but we had to wash several dishes before use as there was still food on them. It appeared that the dishwasher had been run, but not opened again, so whatever the previous guest left was still in there when we arrived at 10pm the night of our checkin. The sheets all looked clean and straight and for that we were very appreciative. The facility was quiet, and for the most part we had the entire place to ourselves.
