  • Sea Village 12 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals and is bright and cheery. The wood-paneled walls will make you feel like a ship captain. Sleep soundly with beloved family members close by. Gather in the living room for a family movie night. Take your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the dune grass sway in the breeze and the waves curl. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week. Come stay at Sea Village 12 and make wonderful memories that will last you and your family a lifetime!
    This property has many upgrades from a granite kitchen countertop to ceiling fans throughout to the upgraded bathrooms and laundry center. There is also a
    shaded lounge area under the oceanfront deck

The location was perfect being just steps from the beach. The view from the deck can't be beat. Plenty of space for 2 families with children. Also an easy drive or within walking distance from all points of interest.

The views are unmatched! Clean, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen. Steps to the beach! I wouldn’t recommend for someone who doesn’t do stairs well. There are 3-4 sets of steps to get into the house and to the bedrooms.
