“Overall a good stay! A little wear and tear on property but good location, good AC, everything we needed was there. Close to beach, restaurants, and access to smaller pool on site was a plus.”

“I booked with Kim and Chris for a quick over night trip to Ocean City. The house was as described and big enough to accommodate my guests. Kim was very responsive to my many questions. I chose to rent the linen package and everything was there when I checked. Thanks for a nice stay Kim and Chris!”

“We had a great experience. Beautiful, clean house and perfect location!”

“We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The property inside and out was very clean. It was exactly how it was listed, even had parking. The property is literally located near everything and with in walking distance. When ever I emailed them they responded right back. I definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.”

“Great location! Owner of the property was very responsive. Just bring additional toilet paper and paper towels. There was no additional supply in the house. Great stay! I would stay here again.”

“Too many lockboxes and under the step was a little deceiving due to finding the key on the pole right outside the door. Otherwise this was a great place and perfect location. ”

“This cozy apartment was so spacious and clean!! All the rooms were very clean with super comfortable beds. I also loved that there were pots and pans available to cook with so I made a great little meal for my friends and family. The kitchen knives were still, but I still made it work. The Host, Olivia was very easy to communicate with and she responded promptly to every question I had. This was my first time booking through VRBO and the entire experience was great!”

“My family and I visited the property for a quick Labor Day Weekend to end the summer. I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times prior to my stay, and he was timely with his responses which I appreciated. The property was steps away from the beach and there were designated parking spots directly in front of the property. There was a little bit of confusion with the number to the property but after looking at the picture on Vrbo I knew I was at the right place. There were games available……

“My group and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the beachside balcony. What a beautiful view! Ease of access to boardwalk was excellent as well. However the place didn’t have any wash cloths for some reason. You don’t realize how much you need wash cloths until you have a whole condo without any!”

“Overall the property was fine for what we needed. The rooms were all nicely sized, check in and check out was super easy and location was great. Our one concern was the cleanliness. Since it was a pet friendly house we found dog hair on bed sheets and towels. ”

“Open and spacious”

“Ok”

“We had a fantastic vacation staying here. There was an initial problem with one of the beds which the host took care of. Other than that the stay was great. Location was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware. We were very happy”

“This is a cute little house, but it needs a refresh of the bedding and the deck.”

“I rented this property for three nights and 4 days from August 2 to August 5. The place was good but the price was a little bit high.”

“Convenient location, private. Great for kids and pets. Thanks!”
