The home is a classy, upscale retreat on the Atlantic Coast with modern appliances, beach-themed decor, and granite countertops. The living area features a flatscreen television that is cable and DVD equipped, as well as WiFi, which is available from April 1 through October 31. (Please note that the cable package gets reduces to basic during the off season - November through April.)

The kitchen has everything necessary to cook an elaborate feast and includes plenty of counter space for your ingredients and pre-meal snacks. Eat with a group at the six-seat dining table or dine al fresco on the spacious outdoor patio.

As many as six guests can sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms. Sleeping options include a king bed in one room, a queen bed in another, and two twin beds in a third bedroom.

Other amenities include a seasonal community pool and hot tub, an in-home washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Please note that the pool and hot tub are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Fish, stand-up paddle board, kayak, or canoe in the marshland that surrounds this home, or head into town for dinner and drinks at Fager's Island Bar, Seacrets, or Duffy's Tavern. There's so much to do!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
