Located on the 5th floor, the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. You'll also have access to the indoor pool typically May - September from 10 am - 9 pm.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials like a Cuisinart coffee machine that works like a Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop (not a stove, see pictures) and more. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink, taking in the sights and sounds of the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk.

You're just a few blocks away from Hammerhead's Bar and Grill, DaVinci's by the Sea, Subway Sub Shop, and numerous bike rental shops and other boardwalk stores. PERFECT LOCATION!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $103. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*This building has an indoor pool that is open from May till October, from 10 am to 9 pm. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
