You'll love the southern exposure from the private balcony overlooking the shared pool and Atlantic, especially while you savor a refreshing beverage and a good book in the salty breeze. The main bedroom faces the ocean, so you can listen to the soft rhythm of the pounding surf as you drift off to sleep. You'll have access to free WiFi and a mounted smart TV enabled with cable and Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu streaming, plus a spacious full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal for your guests. Whether you spend an afternoon down at the beach or lounge by the shared pool and sundeck, you'll have everything within arm's reach. WHAT’S NEARBY Located midtown, this cozy suite is within walking distance of some of OC's most popular spots such as Ropewalk Ocean City, The Original Fractured Prune, Hooked, Layton's on 92nd, and The Bayside Skillet. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay!
The place was great, loved the pool with our 3 month old. And the beach being so close was awesome. Super convenient and near a lot of great restaurants. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

Great ocean views and family friendly!
We loved this condo! The views are amazing and the rooms were spacious. It is nicely decorated and it feels more like you are staying at a friends than a rental with it’s thoughtful touches and amenities. Steps to the beach, family friendly dining and the pool was great as well.

Beautiful view, nice pool, great location. Dirty condo with dog hair all over the floor, dried up noodle or something on the master bedroom comforter (had to buy own blankets) just can tell the room is as not cleaned well at all and I would not stay here again just because they let pets stay here and the dog hair was terrible.Dirty furniture too.Awesome vacation but filthy condo

Great location and amenities
The unit was clean and modern and we appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs to use. The pool was also well maintained. It was nice to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The check-in process was quick and painless. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Spectacular views/ beautiful condo
Well equipped and the views are spectacular. Furniture top notch. Don’t recall seeing a tv in second bedroom definitely would add it. Not high on bunks either. Personal preference. Pool on beach and location top notch. Overall excellent place for a vacation. Thank you

We love Surfside
We have been coming to OC for 20 years and we love the Surfside 84. This condo has toys/games for the kiddos. Every kitchen appliance you can think of and we the outside closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, tons of sand toys and games. The cleaners can do a bit of a more thorough job but other than that the place itself is a gem.

Stay itself was GREAT - Vantage Agents FAILED
The property was absolutely gorgeous and cannot recommend staying there strongly enough. We have stayed dozens of places in Ocean City and this was one of our favorites - HANDS DOWN. The only negative was Vantage Realty and their initial and continued failure to properly communicate the current and on going issues/items affected by COVID-19 - like no pillows or blankets being available in the condo or if the property pool was actually open or not.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Unit was relatively clean but could have been better. Unit needed some maintenance, the handle on the sliding door was barely holding on and the clothes drying rack for the balcony was broken. Also, closet space is limited. One of the the two closets in the master bedroom was locked with owners items which we understand but the closet that was left was full of vacuums and bath mats. Closet in 2nd bedroom was limited do to the water heater being in there.

Great Beachfront Property!
We loved Surfside 84!!! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because there is no washer/dryer in the unit. This is a filter I should have initially looked for (my fault). I just assumed it had one, as most places in OC have a stackable washer/dryer. If you don’t mind paying 2.50 to wash and 2.50 to dry (in quarters), you’re set! Laundry notwithstanding, we truly enjoyed our stay at Surfside 84. The kids loved the pool and you are right on the beach with a wonderful view. Highly recommend!
