Amazing location!

We’ve stayed at Sunset Island many times, and this townhouse is by far the best! Fantastic location, well maintained and comfortable beds. Only issue was not enough pots and pans.

Amazing house and community!

We decided to book a family vacation this year to Ocean City but didn't want to be too close the board walk. I've never stayed at Sunset Island before but it was perfect for the whole family. The bayside beach was perfect for the younger children and the ocean beach was just a short walk for the older kids. The pool was fantastic and spent pretty much every afternoon there as it was never too busy, we could always find some chairs. The onsite restaurant and bar are a must as it is right on the water. I really liked the walking path and weight room as it was great to be able wake up before the kids and get some exercise in. All the staff was very friendly and the house itself was extremely clean. Everything we needed was within a short walk and I'll definitely be staying here again.

Annual Summer Trip

This was the second year renting this house for our annual beach trip with friends. It went great! The house is perfect for a large gathering, and works perfectly for our group. We were steps away from the pool (great for winding down after the beach) and the bay (perfect for evening relaxing with littles). We became regulars at the little coffee shop inside the community and loved the walkability to shops, restaurants, and the beach from the house.

Overall nice property, can tell the listing pictures are from when the property was new. Kitchen counter looked loose, kitchen ceiling had drywall damage, two shower doors were falling off track, couldn’t find a vacuum. Otherwise the property was beautiful

The house is very close to the pool and beach perfect location but needs some TLC. Some blinds were broken, no ice maker, missing tv control, garage door opener didn’t work, coffee pot without a pot, blender with output a top, toaster not working, pots without handles, coffee cups dirty. I’ve booked many homes from VRBO first time with this Vacasa Mgmt and we paid very high fees definitely not worth it. We asked to check out on a Thursday 2 hrs later and they wanted to charge a additional fee on top of the fees already paid. Maintenance was supposed to come fix the frig and they never showed up. They advertised with king beds but they had 2 twins put together. Not very happy with Vacasa Mgmt.

The location of the house is perfect--overlooks pool and beach with stellar views of sunset. Size of the house is also excellent. We had some major plumbing problems that disrupted our stay (leaks through kitchen ceiling from upstairs shower and overflowing toilet leaking into floor over garage), but plumber was excellent.

Cheer weekend with friends

Booked this house with 4 other mom and our daughter's for a cheer weekend. We needed a place that was close to the convention center and this home exceeded our expectations. Not only was the location great but the home itself was more than we needed. Very spacious and comfortable for our large group. The girls loved the bunk room on the top floor with their own living room area. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfasts and dinners and had room for all to eat. The sunsets views were spectacular and I imagine this house would be even better in the summer when we could enjoy the community pool and nearby beach. A great weekend all around including a 2nd place win for our cheer team!

This house is located near both pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable. We had 10 adults and everyone loved it. It is located near restaurants and bars that are in walking distance.

Wonderful escape

House was wonderful for our three families and our overlapping trip to the beach. Home was super clean, updated, and location within community could not be beat! Everyone had plenty of space if they wanted to separate, but lots of common areas for us all to gather comfortably. Vacasa did a great job with their communication and we would definitely rent this property again!

We have stayed here 3 times as this is the most convenient home next to the pool in the center of everything. This year we enjoyed seeing the renovations that made it feel like new again. We have stayed in 8 amazing homes on Sunset but this one is the BEST!

Absolutely amazing!

We had the best time on our vacation! We rented this house with a few other families to celebrate a 20th year college reunion. This house did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for everyone, the beds were super comfortable, and the house had a ton of bonuses. The location in Sunset Island was absolutely perfect. We spent a lot of our time going back and forth to the pool and the private beach. You can tell the owner really takes pride in this home. We would definitely rent this unit again.
