- [ ] No house cleaning service the entire time we were there, never even saw a house cleaner type person at all. Heard people on the 3rd floor complaining as well so it wasn’t just us.
- [ ] There was an onion ring on the floor by the bed the night we checked in, so I was highly suspicious of how well the room was cleaned before we occupied it
- [ ] The safe was broken but fixed promptly
- [ ] No shampoo/conditioner in the shower the bottles were empty, never replaced even though we asked multiple times.
- [ ] The shower curtain was disgusting. It was pink, moldy & smelled awful. We asked 3x to have it changed. Never changed, I myself took it off the bar so it would have to be replaced for the next hotel guest.
- [ ] We asked for towels at least 2x on Saturday & finally brought to our room 4 hours later.
- [ ] There is mold on the ceiling of the shower, spray some bleach on it in between guests.
- [ ] The trash was overflowing, we brought the trash down the front lobby ourselves.
I had high hopes, the location was good, very centrally located. The roof top pool was cool, the view was amazing. The pool itself is only 3 feet deep. The roof top bar is a nice feature but separate from the pool, so not really able to sit & have a drink & watch the kids swim. The bar closes at 8pm but you are able to use the chairs & area on the roof until 10pm.
I understand that we are near the water and the rooms are always musty & damp, but we have never had any experience like this before
