Sleeps 20 - Heated Pool ~ Tiki Bar ~ Steps 2 Beach

Welcome to BCH74_OC — one of the only rental homes in Ocean City with its own private pool! This newly built 6BR, 4.5BA luxury home sleeps 20 and features a reversed floor plan with all bedrooms on the first floor. Two king master suites include private ensuites and direct access to the pool area. Enjoy an amazing open kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, perfect for hosting your group. The second-floor deck offers beautiful bay and ocean views. Outside, relax by the private pool and tiki bar—an unbeatable setup for your stay. The home is fully stocked and includes built-in surround sound to complete your beach vacation experience.

Bed linens are provided for each bed, and bath towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that the pool will be closed from Columbus Day to May 23, 2025. Dates are subject to change without notice.

Very pretty house, we enjoyed the layout with all the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairs. Very nice stove to cook on. Every room had a TV. Which definitely can in handy with the amount of people we had! Great stay, I would recommend this place to others.

The house was well-suited for our needs. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting it to be. When we arrived there was hair in the shower, clothing left from previous guests and the oven was a mess. Management did offer to come in and clean the oven for us and they were very responsive and helpful to requests and questions.

Best Rental I’ve Had

The house was exactly as advertised. We came down with 15 friends and everybody had a comfortable place to sleep and hang out. The house is set up perfect with huge kitchen/hang out area upstairs all the beds downstairs and a great pool with a bar. The location was great with cheap Ubers everywhere. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Property

The property was so clean when we had arrived and had everything we could have needed. John was great to communicate with. The pool and bar area outback is unlike any property has to hang out with friends and just relax and enjoy ourselves. We had a great trip and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at a large, beautiful home.
