OC Maryland vacation house

The property was excellent, clean, spacious and excellent location. We brought paddle boards and floaters and enjoyed this wonderful backyard all week!

Property was clean. Food Lion is right down the street & Walmart isnt too far either for groceries. Outdoor space was my favorite place to relax after the beach/boardwalk. We bought a deck of cards to play. My recommendation is if staying with kids, bring board games. They have Roku tvs in each room and outside but board games would have been fun to play as a family.

Good time

Overall a great property, backyard is excellent for relaxing or entertaining. House could have been a bit cleaner, but definitely not filthy. Some of the appliances need some maintenance. Property manager/owner very responsive. We had a great time!

Nice water property. Could use more comfortable chairs in family room. Need more storage for clothing. Suggestion to put a long dresser under the TV. Could also put another tall dresser on the wall where the linens were stored.

Christmas week getaway

My husband & I decided to stay in a different part of Ocean City, MD and enjoyed the property. We loved the amenities and the home was very lovely. Being on a canal was a nice change.

Just okay

The place was clean. The location was good and the neighborhood was friendly & quiet. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people, but the living area itself is not spacious. There were 5 of us plus two small dogs and it was a little cramped at times. I'd suggest to the owner to consider keeping enough staples on hand (namely paper towels & trash bags) for your guests to get through their stay or let them know they'll need to bring their own. The biggest let down was that a lot of the things that make this place unique didn't work. The outdoor shower wasn't connected to any plumbing, so I ended up spending a lot of my vacation sweeping sand off the floor. The lights around the grill area didn't work, and the outdoor TV didn't work either. That one was really a bummer for our teen-age kids. The house was pricey for being a 10-minute drive from the beach, but the biggest draw for us was the great outdoor space shown in the listing. We were really looking forward to doing some movie nights outside but the TV and sound system didn't even turn on. Excited about that big yard pictured in the arial shot for our dogs to enjoy but it appears to be an empty lot, badly overgrown with grass/weeds and I don't think it belongs to these owners anyway, so why show it in your listing? Overall, it was a bit of a letdown and left us feeling like we paid for extra but ended up with average.

Long weekend trip

This property is perfect for families and small groups. Exceptionally clean, great layout, awesome outdoor space, and very quiet neighborhood. Listing was accurate, host was prompt, and check-in was seamless. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and it's a short drive to the beach and entertainment. For a short weekend trip we didn't see many reasons to leave the property.

Nice get away

The property was situated at the end of a lagoon which is nice as it provided a quiet location. The house, accommodations and amenities were all very nicely put together. We definitely enjoyed our time at this house. The only area that could be improved is the on-property boat ramp. The ramp is VERY steep. However there is a public boat ramp a short distance away if you are launching a larger boat. Outside of that, we enjoyed everything about the house & Vladimir was very helpful with the process.

Nice Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed this well appointed home convenient to ocean city beaches and attractions without being in the middle of the crowds. Many nice restaurants, outlets and entertainment within the local neighborhood. Outdoor space is so great you never have to leave if you don’t want to!

Very nice property in a great location

The house is very nicely done and located directly on one of the canals leading to the bay. The outside space is very cool with a bar, fire pit, and lots of seating. Only issue we had was the house next door has a couple of small dogs who barked at us whenever we were outside. Fortunately in the evening they weren’t outside and we were able to enjoy the space.
