Located on the boardwalk. Large, roomy units in a highly desirable area. Close to everything you need for a perfect vacation. 1 and 2 bedroom units available with oceanfront balconies. All have full modern kitchens with washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, an outside shower and parking for one car. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot! Limited basic cable and no internet service from October to March.

What a great experience! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The check in/out was smooth and the staff, as well as other tenants, were very friendly! Very clean as well with no loud noises. This is a great location! The unit has 2 rooms- one is a KING with a sliding door access to the balcony and its own bathroom; the other has 2 Queens. There is another bathroom with tub in the unit. This is important if you don’t get the linen package and need to supply your own bed sheets! (Recommend just bringing your own). There is a full kitchen with microwave and fridge and drip coffee maker. A nice dining room table and then a couch and some chairs. The balcony has beautiful views of the beach and sunrise! I was able to watch family members on the beach when I wasn’t going to go down. Great location for walking on the boardwalk! There is no tram on the boardwalk so when we didn’t feel like walking we walked inland 1 block and caught the bus to the end of the boardwalk for 4/day unlimited tix. Everything was amazing and I would highly recommend this place for your next family vacation!

Great place

We loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect - right on the boardwalk, close to nice restaurants and family friendly. The view was beautiful and apartment was very nice and cozy. It had everything and more. Apart from listed items, it also had beach chairs, umbrella and paddle board. We bought detergents, but it had dishwasher and detergent as well. Tons of dishes, cutlery etc. The Holiday team were great too, very nice and helpful. We were able to check in before the actual check in time. Check in/check out was very quick and easy. Will definitely stay there next time if we decide to go.

I don't need marble countertops and fancy stuff. this condo is NICE, very comfy and plenty of room. the view from up there is AMAZING. the bed was very comfortable... and I don't usually expect that because obviously the mattress has to hold up so soft ones aren't common. If we were doing bike fest next year we would have rebooked immediatley. we're actually hoping to get it for bikefest 24. the only possible critique is the elevator (so thrilled to have one) is slow (I know.... OOOOOOO big whoop)... ok that was just trying to be funny having an elevator PERIOD is awesome. one last thing, the price for this place was fantastic we feel we got an absolute bargain and I tip my hat to the owners, we love the place and will definitley try to get it again.

Great place and location

This condo was really good on location. Right on the boardwalk and ocean front views. The only thing to take into consideration is that you have to travel to the rental office to pick up the keys which is about 59 blocks from the unit. Also, there was no towels, toilet paper, napkins/paper-towels or linens so make sure you bring all of that. Other than that, I had no problems and loved the unit!
