Prime Times Still Available: 4th of July Week 6/28-7/5 ***During June-August the Property Strictly Rents from Sunday to Sunday. Booking outside without prior owners consent will need to be cancelled by potential renter or renter will have to pay the split-week administrative fee equal to the days not-booked. The Condo currently has open dates available in April, May, September, October and November, December with a 3 night minimum. Please inquire for pet availability, there is an additional $80 for 1st time pets as there is an additional cleaning fee for pet hair. Guests must still vacuum if excessive pet hair exists (vacuum provided in unit). This is a large 1 Bedroom Condominium with Den and extra closet, full eat-in kitchen, large balcony with Ocean Views. The condo has 5 beds.

-1 full size pullout sofa
-1 twin sized trundle.
The condo is a stones throw to the sand and has a private entrance and parking space.
This is a Unique Condo on the Ocean side of North Ocean City; it’s located on a private road and at the Fenwick Line. The space is large, simple and tastefully done with families in mind. The unit is very clean, professionally inspected/cleaned weekly and in good working condition.
We provide a clean, fun, safe condo with an amazing location that is perfect for families at a reasonable price.

Great stay

Steve was very easy to deal with and communicative and the price was reasonable for the time of year we stayed. He made sure we got inside without trouble and then mid week to make sure we didn't need anything. The only quirk was the dog crate under the bed. It was heavy and maybe I didn't push hard enough but it was in the middle and prevented us from putting the suitcases under the bed. I would just make sure it's pushed up close to the top of the bed. Would absolutely stay again.

Great little property right near the beach, nice neighborhood. Comfy bed, hot shower, front door parking and convenient outdoor shower to wash off sand! Would definitely return. Owner is super responsive and provides great recommendations.

Cute condo. Nestled back from the main strip. Easy access to the beach and coastal highway. A little bit hard to find, but very quiet. Plenty enough space for two. Ac is very cold.

My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place in North Ocean City near my sister's house for the holiday.I was lucky enough to find Steve and Ben's condo. It fit our needs perfectly, and was neat and very clean.Steve was very responsive with any questions I had.Would love to go back when we can take advantage of the deck and the ocean view.

Great location and cute, cozy condo.

My husband and I came for a festival. The condo was a very short walk to the ocean, great location, 9 miles from the boardwalk and close to many restaurants. It had everything we needed. Great neighbors as well! Pet friendly. Would visit again!

Adorable place!

The check in process was seamless. We came down here for Ocean’s Calling and we had a blast staying here. Its location is pretty solid, and Steve was incredibly responsive. It was our first time staying this far north and it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Be advised that you need to bring your own linens and towels (that was no big deal though). Thanks!

Condo was very clean, convenient to beach, quiet and peaceful. Had all amenities needed. Owner, Mr. Hubbard is a very nice and caring man. We did not know how to use TV when we arrived and he called us back ASAP and walked us through it. He goes the extra mile, had garbage bags there, dish soap etc. Would be happy to stay again.

Quaint and quiet

The condo was very quaint and the location quiet as it was closer to Fenwick. The beach was a short walk. The condo is located close to places to walk to eat. The just was incredible and communicated with me prior to our stay and made sure we arrived safely. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Litte Getaway

Place was perfect for a short trip to the beach! We brought two puppies, kids and grandparents along. Was a little cramped at meal time but we didn't mind. Location is perfect! The beach was less than a block away and an easy drive to get to the Ocean City Boardwalk and Assateague Island.
