Beautiful Rental for a Work Conference

It was a lovely place to stay for our work conference. You can’t beat the location, and the views from the ocean front balcony were breathtaking. My room was on the bayside and that didn’t disappoint either. They allowed partial week rentals, which was the main selling point for us. Hope to be back next year!

Overpriced for the value

We loved the location and the views - great to have balconies to watch the sunrise and the sunset. The building was a bit difficult, in that you needed to climb stairs to get to the main floor (tough for this person with a broken foot). The designated elevator for beachgoers was very slow and backed up, even though we weren't in high season - can't imagine what it's like in July and Aug.

Great condo

This condo is really impressive! It’s 2 stories which was nice because it gave some separation from the 2 bedrooms. The views are so nice from the ocean front balcony (or the bay balcony off the 2nd bedroom). The condo was clean and well stocked. The comfiest beds I have ever slept in for a rental property! The property management company did a great job communicating before and during the stay. The building is very nice and secure - after a certain time (I think 11pm) the front doors lock and a security guard has to let you in. Really easy walk to the beach and the beach area wasn’t super crowded. Would definitely recommend this condo!

We came to OC for a quick get away since we were in Bedford Springs for a friend’s wedding. The rental was good for our needs. The condo does need a bit of updating but it was fine for us. The owners need to pay their Direct TV bill - the payment message kept popping up on the TVs. Beds were comfortable enough. Some new pillows would help. Location was good for the beach. Unfortunately the surf was too rough for swimming. It would have been nice to receive the code for the pool gate. We had quite the time trying to get access and had to rely on those in the pool to let us I.

Very Clean!

This is our 3rd year vacationing in OC and our 3rd condo building. This unit was by far the cleanest. It was open, airy, clean and smelled fresh (we've stayed in one that always smelled damp). The unit was a great location, on the 14th floor. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed - we do cook our meals and we had everything we needed. The balcony had comfortable furniture. Our only complaint was the building itself. We take a wagon to the beach and there is no way to get from the building to the beach without going up or down stairs. So that was a pain, and the only reason we would consider not staying at this unit again. Overall, a wonderful week at the beach in a beautiful and clean condo.

Loved the place, great location and amenities. My only complaint for the whole trip and room would be that the main bathroom water really doesn’t get hot and only stays warm for a few minutes.

Upstairs bedroom- glass door does not close all the way/ walls between neighbors are very thin, we heard a screaming child all day/evening every day our stay- very difficult to sleep. King bed came with 2 pillows, I found one spare pillow for the twin bed, but strange to have such a large bed 2 regular size pillows. Hot water was an issue each day- while yes 4 of us, hot water was minimal and we took mostly cold showers. The other bedroom faced the front of the building- loud street and hvac noise

Off season delight

We stayed here for the month of April. We loved the close proximity to everything. Most restaurants and stores were open. The condo is in a high rise right on the Coastal Highway. It was quiet and pretty empty. The condo has both ocean and bay views. Some internal improvements would be a better stocked kitchen and updates. I would also not recommend trying to have packages delivered through USPS. The postman insisted on cramming small packages in the mailbox and there was no key. Even though he was aware of the situation he insisted on putting the packages in the mailbox. It made no sense, especially since packages that were too big for the mailbox he would bring to the on-site management office. Overall a beautiful property in a great location!
