Great property to stay during music festival

Property was as advertised, easy to access, and clean. Just wish there was another parking pass as there were several open spots both out front and in the garage all three nights we stayed.

There was some up keep issues very dusty and coyuld use some updating of furniture, water stains in the main living area. Had to fix our garbage disposal. Very quite and comfortable beds

My unit

So when you walked into the unit in the living space there were like 5 extra dining chairs sitting along the wall. They were just in the way, annoying. Only 5 forks regarding utensils. The unit needs some TLC. Furniture needs updated hard to get up out of it once ur sitting down. We had family in a different unit and was a lot nicer. decor more beachy. Will not be staying in this unit again. 🏖

Pros: Great location. Quiet neighbors. Beautiful view. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Brand new Washer and dryer. Quick elevators. Plenty of dollys for easy luggage transport. Cons: In the description for the listing, it states they have a coffee maker. BUT it’s a keurig and we didn’t bring pods. Kitchen was lacking in essentials for cooking. Internet went out for hours, which made it difficult to contact Vacasa and VRBO. Stained and outdated furniture. Garbage was not taken out before we arrived and dirty dishes in the sink. Couldn’t tell if the dishes in the dishwasher were clean or dirty so we ran it again. The informational guide is outdated referencing remotes for the tv that no longer exist.
