This unit was very nice and !served all our needs!!! Kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. Views from both patios were gorgeous!! Bed mattresses were soft as mentioned previously, but manageable. We definately enjoyed staying here!!

Perfect size for a family with 4 adults and 2 children. They had all the amenities and a beautiful ocean view. Beach toys and chairs were available to use as well. Convenient location to restaurants and the grocery store. Easy to check in/out. Linens and towel included. Definitely looking to book again next year!

Spacious with all amenities one could hope for. Outstanding view of the beach. Terrible live bands all week though. Overall a good location for a short stay.

Large place with 3 nice sized bedrooms.

Kitchen is stocked well, we didn’t need anything that wasn’t there and we cooked 4 nights out of the week. Beds are meh. Not terrible but not great comfort wise. The Master King bed has sink spots so it makes for an interesting sleep. Living room has plenty of space on the couch for 4 - 5 people. There are director chairs as well but really can’t sit on them as they are old and dirty. View is amazing, loved the happy hour music every night from the outside bar. The cushion on the outside chair is full of mold, we had to turn it and cover it. Pool is a good size and I believe slightly heated, on a chilly day the water wasn’t cold but neither was it hot on the hotter days. Building people are great and helpful. Cleaners (who are with Vacasa) didn’t do a great job. We had to clean the floors and wash all the bathroom floors and rugs before we could settle in. Someone had spilled coffee or something all over the master bedroom rug and duster and it wasn’t cleaned up.

The Plaza 913 is a very nice condo with a wonderfully equipped kitchen - thanks. The facilities are great and proximity to the beach can't be beat.
