The living room also has a queen-sized sleep sofa and an ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Take advantage of the convenient central air conditioning, a Keurig coffee machine, an in-unit washing machine and dryer, and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. This condo is located on the fifth floor, and the building has an lift. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. This condo overlooks the new Holiday Inn Pool Bar and is close to many great restaurants, bars, etc. There is also a supermarket/market just a few streets away. Seaside 66 is the perfect condo for your Ocean City holiday!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $110. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
