Admire sparkling views of the Atlantic Ocean from this beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Pelican Beach in North Ocean City. In this small, mid-rise, oceanfront building, you'll be right on the beach - with a shaded balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom to welcome you back in the afternoons.


This air-conditioned condo was fully renovated in 2018 with hardwood floors in the main living area, kitchen, and hallway; upgraded Berber carpeting in the bedrooms; and a kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wet bar. The renovated bathrooms have granite vanities as well.


Enjoy three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players (one of which is a Blu-ray), and a selection of family movies. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a crib, a high chair, and an umbrella stroller are all provided as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
