Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The property has been fully renovated, giving you the best of the best for your family vacation. A few short steps to the beach is all it takes to enjoy the waves and beautiful sand Ocean City has to offer. The kitchen has all of the amenities you would find at home, so if you decide to stay in and cook, you will have all the necessary items to do so! This property offers a standard coffee maker. This is a beautiful condo in an awesome spot of town!

Too many lockboxes and under the step was a little deceiving due to finding the key on the pole right outside the door. Otherwise this was a great place and perfect location.

Overall a great visit and I’ll certainly consider renting again. The condo was clean and had all we needed for a few days stay. It’s incredibly close to the beach which was amazing. The management team was very responsive to anything we needed. There was an issue with the electronic lock which was remedied within an hour and the gentleman that handled it was very nice. If you’re planning to stay, a couple things to note: - The shower drain is very slow to drain, so be aware of that. - The WiFi information was incorrect (network name should be CMSBeachHouse) but again, they responded quickly and resolved for us. - The bedroom lightswitch operates the outlet in which the modem is also connected. So, just don’t turn off the switch. Again, great place to stay, extremely close to beach and shopping.

great location and unit for a couple

We have been coming to this beach and this unit for about 20 years. We love the area as it is not so crowded and has groceries and drug store nearby. It is off the main drag and is just a very short distance to the beach. We love it.
