This first floor east end unit is just steps from the beach. Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. A unit air conditioner in each apartment provides relief from the hot sun. One car parking for each unit (sorry, no trucks or large SUVs are permitted in the lot-street parking is available). Shopping and restaurants nearby make this a great location. Up to two dogs accepted with a paid pet fee. Free WIFI provided to keep you connected.

Messy Upon Arrival

When first entering the property, we immediately noticed a trash bag containing stained bedding on the floor. There was food left in fridge, in the trash can, and on the ground. There was hair left in the sink and several flies within the property. We were met with an awful smell when we opened the door and the toilet did not flush easily. The sliding door did not close securely when unlocked and would not lock fully leaving us feeling unsafe considering we were in a high foot traffic area.Overall, it felt as though the property was not cleaned in between guests and if it was, it was not cleaned thoroughly. The easiest part about our entire stay was the check in process, everything else was not up to standards and made our stay quite unpleasant.
