Wonderful family vacation rental

We loved the family atmosphere, numerous amenities, and security for the island. Everything is beautiful and relaxing, even with two kids! Definitely recommend the entire island and specifically this unit for families vacationing in OC!

Awesome vacation rental

Sunset Island is a beautiful place to vacation! Our rental was clean with all amenities! Pools & beach close enough to walk to. Quite location with the Boardwalk just a close drive away. Wonderful trip! Will definitely rent again.

Nice Apt..but a little restrictive.

I thought the place was rather nice however a bit misleading on the number of beds. The bunk beds were dangerously wobbly. Overall the accommodations were nice and clean. I would come back but maybe use another company to rent a property.

Amazing

This condo was beautiful, clean, and SPACIOUS! We loved our stay. The only down side was no early check in, or late check out. That 10am check out was tough after a weekend of partying! Lol

Great, clean space!

This condo is newly updated and SUPER clean. Minimal decor which left lots of room for our things. We had a family of 4 plus a set of grandparents and had plenty of room. Would have given 5 stars but the hot water went cold if you were running the washer while someone was showering which was sometimes tough to coordinate. Overall really great space.

Not very clean and items left from previous guests

Overall the unit is nice; however the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, items from previous guests were still on counters and in drawers including dirty underwear in the kids room. Porch was not cleaned, furniture was filthy and water bottles were left lying around. Also, wood planks blocking a few doors/windows to the porch which concerned us from an egress standpoint. We didn't receive any communication about these blocked doors/windows prior to our visit.

Great Place, Terrible Management

Place was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Had a couple issues including a bathroom door that wouldnt shut because it was warped, an unstable and very loud bedroom fan, and inoperable Roku controllers rendering the TVs useless. Made several attemps to have management assist to make the stay more comfortable, but to no avail. The operations manager said she was backed up and busy, but theyd reach out and take care of the issues. 5 days without anyone ever acknowledging my requests. Unfavorable Gym and Pool hours as well. Could have been a 4+ star stay, but the management here is enough for me not to risk ever staying or recommending others to stay. Very disappointed.
