    This spacious beach home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it the perfect getaway for large families or groups.
    As you approach the home, you'll be greeted by the well-manicured grounds and the community's private beach access just steps away. Step inside and you'll find an open-concept living space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large center island - perfect for meal prep and entertaining.
    The first floor offers a bedroom with a doble bed and a powder room. On the third level, you'll find two more spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom as well as the master suite. On the top floor, you will find another master suite and a private balcony.
    Other amenities include a washer/dryer, central A/C, cable TV, high-speed internet, and a 2-car garage. Guests also have access to the community's many resort-style amenities including the pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and private beach.

Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets, Fager's Island, Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more!
    Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and comfortable, and we love Sunset Island and all of the amenities the community offers.Unfortunately, our arrival was not smooth. We had to wait for linens and towels to be delivered, the master bedroom carpet had a strong odor and what appeared to be a vomit stain, the comforter was stained, bathroom rugs were dirty, and sheets from previous guests were left on a bed. As a result, I spent part of our first night washing bedding and rugs so my family would have clean accommodations.The coffee maker contained old coffee grounds and was not properly cleaned despite being reported. We never used it. The Keurig also malfunctioned, puncturing K-Cups excessively and causing grounds to spill into the coffee. There was also a broken spindle on the staircase railing that created a safety concern.What prevented this from being a lower rating was the property management team. Their response time was exceptional, communication was excellent, and they worked quickly to address reported concerns.The property would benefit from improved cleaning inspections, updated bedding, and replacement of some outdoor deck furniture.Overall, this is a nice home in a great community with excellent property management responsiveness, but better cleaning and maintenance oversight is needed before guest arrival.
