Great location and view.

Great location! Great side view of ocean. Updated kitchen and master bath. Could have been a little cleaner but wasn’t bad.

Short walk to beach

Property was true to pictures. Short walk to beach over dune. Master bathtub and floors needed more attention from cleaning crew prior to stay. Great set up. I would stay here again if in town.

Great Location

I loved the location and how this property has a view of the ocean and bay. I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand! The balcony was spacious - it had full sun most of the day. The location was great. Convenient to everything, but still away from some of the madness of downtown OC. I felt like the property was a little dingy and could use some updates, but it was certainly an acceptable place to spend the week.

Great location. Right on the beach. The sink however. Has a terrible smell coming from the waste pipe. We only poured liquids in there. Because we ate out all the time. So that’s the only issue.

The stay

Very nice and roomy place to stay. Will definitely do again if need too. Having to deal with the long digit number to get into the unit is a little bit of a pain though. Also under the beds I feel could have been a little cleaner. Was nice to not have to deal with having towels and bed sheets as well, that’s a big plus! Thank you kindly!💜

Needs serious attention

This unit is very close to the beach but it was dirty, poorly maintained and dingy. We found a used "breathright" nose strip in our bed upon arrival, the bathroom sink was 95% clogged, one of only 2 coffee mugs found in the kitchen was disgustingly lined inside with caked on food (egg perhaps?) and there were dust balls and sand throughout. A visibly broken dresser drawer and drooping paper thin bedroom curtains helped complete a sad picture. A really thorough professional cleaning and some basic maintenance would go a long way towards making this place a desirable destination.

Worst place I ever stayed

If I don’t love something I don’t usually leave a review. This condo however was just not anything that was advertised. It was so dirty and smelly we had to actually clean it ourselves we had to thoroughly wipe everything down., sweep, and vacuum. We put sheets over all the furniture because it was dirty. We had to clean the refrigerator and take the drawers out and wash them before we put our food in. The garbage disposal was broke and the sink was full of god know what. It was enough to make me want to vomit. The patio was trashed. Filled with garbage, and all kinds of debris and the cushions for the seating were covered with ashes and I don’t know what else. There was puddles of sour milk running all across the entrance of our condo door that I cleaned up. Tv remotes in bedrooms didn’t work so you couldn’t use the tvs at all. I just never had such a horrible experience like this before!!

Great Midtown Location

Overall nice stay. Our favorite part was the deck and being able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset.

Absolute ocean view heaven!

My entire family was impressed. This spacious condo has it all, excellent location restaurants & shops nearby, ocean literally just a few steps away! Condo is very clean, tidy, well equipped, top notch appliances & cookware, spacious fridge, comfortable, modern fixtures yet relaxing beach appeal. Star of the show was the balcony for its breath taking ocean views & sounds. We really enjoyed being able to catch the sunrise & sunset every day while enjoying a coffee in the morning and spirits in the evening. Catching the moonrise was absolutely stunning! There’s a beach umbrella but no beach chairs (none found against parking spot wall) so plan accordingly. Beds were a bit on the softer side but still comfortable. Slight dingy odor in the second room but nothing horrendous. The towels maybe could use some updating some had dark stains despite doing a few loads. Bring your own condiments. Turnkey was very fast to respond to my call after building evacuation due fire alarm. Overall extremely wonderful top notch experience! Highly recommend & would def stay again!

OMG Absolute heaven!

My entire family was impressed. This spacious condo has it all & excellent location, shops & restaurants nearby, literally a few steps from the ocean, super convenient. First impressions upon arrival we noticed the cleanliness, tidiness, well equipped, top notch appliances & cookware, modern and spacious fridge, comfortable, relaxing beach appeal. Beach keen!

Perfect location

Excellent stay, beautiful balcony with great views. Comfortable beds. My husband a plumber fixed the showerhead leak and slow drainage, which were the only minor issues with the property. Everything else was fabulous!Turnkey does a great job with managing the property. It was great to have towels , linens, and cleaning. Turnkey also gives a gift card to provide a review.

Family Vacation

Spacious room in a great location.

As the title says, the room was very spacious and in a great location in OC. Good views of the beach. I loved the check in process with TurnKey. The room was also clean and I appreciated the starter amenities. We were a bit disappointed with the desk door in the master bedroom; it doesn’t seal shut so noise leaks in overnight. The toaster also only worked by holding the knob down, and the shower had a leak. These were not major deals but were an inconvenience.
