Walk right from your unit onto the beach

Welcome to Diamond Beach 109, a charming oceanfront condo perfectly situated on 38th Street. This easily accessible ground-level unit with a ramp allows you to step directly from your door onto the beach—no stairs, no hassle, just pure seaside relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy and comfortable space that sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom features two double beds, while the living room includes a queen sleep sofa, ideal for families or small groups. The condo offers a modern kitchen equipped with all the conveniences of home, plus 1.5 baths for added comfort.

Additional amenities include:

Private parking for one car

In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience

Please note: Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. For added ease, an optional linen package is available for purchase and will be delivered to your condo on the day of arrival. The package includes sheet sets for each bed and towel sets matching the property’s maximum occupancy.

Rental Details:

Saturday-to-Saturday rentals in-season

Three-night minimum stays are available during the off-season

No smoking, no vaping, no pets

No group rentals permitted for guests under the age of 25

I really enjoyed staying at Diamond Beach, 109 unit. The two steps down to the beach was good for my friend. The owner had a beach cart I was able to use to transfer everything from my car to the unit. I hope they fix the screen door and get a new shower basket to make it easier to take a shower.

Good location and very clean

This is a good property with a good location. Nothing high end but the property was very clean which is in my opinion the most important part of any stay. Nice accommodations and easy access to walk right on the beach. Plenty to do right in the area or a short bus ride.

Literally steps to the beach!

Perfect spot for a quick get away to the beach! 38th street has great location for food and golf etc! Open the gate from the patio and you are standing in the sand! Thanks for hosting us!

A decent but older well located property. Property owner was notified immediately about non working AC but refused to have it serviced in 90-93 degree heat. We were forced to leave weekly rental midweek.

Almost Perfect -Would be 5-Star if it had a pool

This condo was more than expected, except for those mirrors. If I had one negative, it would be the mirrors. At my age, I don't want to be looking in a mirror every two seconds! The dunes didn't bother me at all, because the view from this unit 109 were still great. You could see beautiful sunrises and see a portion of the water. As for the dune crossing, the section leading to the beach from this condo seemed to be the only path not maintained well as there were a lot of jaggers. I prefer to walk barefoot in the sand, but after stepping on those, wore flip flops in that area. All the other paths to the beach were clear. We had a beautiful sunny & hot week and really wish we had booked a place with a pool. I would recommend 109 Diamond Beach as long as you don't care about a pool. I would stay here again, but in May or late September only...really missed having a pool. Other than that, this condo is clean and well supplied.

Small, but location, location, location!

This small condo was the perfect getaway for my family. We have two kids and the view and distance of/to the beach made our vacation. The condo needs some updates, but we didn’t mind at all. The beds were so-so in comfort and the AC units were noisy. There is a smell when entering, but I think it’s the consistency of having the AC on and lack of fresh air. The condo has all the basic amenities needed, but be prepared to bring everything from salt/pepper to paper towels to dish soap. We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect and we loved the Endless Summer surf shop next door. We would totally stay here again and hope so in the future.

A great value! The condo was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed Ocean City, the location and our experience. I'd recommend these owners without question. Only minor complaint - there is no wi-fi. Not a big deal.

I loved the condo!

This is a beautiful condo perfect for 2-4 people. It is decorated very beachy (which I love) and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The beds were very comfortable. Also, it was right on the beach, in a great location in Ocean City, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this to a small group of people!

The property was what we had expected

The property's location was great! It was wonderful that the owners had beach items we could borrow and it was stocked in the kitchen with everything we could need. Overall we were happy with the condo but disappointed with lack of cleanliness. The odor and cleanliness was reported to the realitor office to take care of in the future. Unsure if this is related to the condo itself or the cleaning service. With that being said, it was a good location for the price.
