The private waterway deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen is equipped with essentials and offers a full size refrigerator and stove. WiFi is available. King size bed in large primary suite. You will want to return each year to enjoy this private, secluded haven that is only 1 mile to the beach. Breathtaking views year round.

Best quick beach trip ever!

Sandra is amazing, had everything ready and entertained my children with really cool things on the property. They know the best places to go and she checked in to make sure everything was perfect the entire trip!

The Perch is a fantastic getaway!

We had a lovely stay! The Perch offered a fabulous view of the Inter-coastal Waterway and was a quiet place to rest and relax. Sandra was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed her stories of the area. The apartment was clean and we would definitely stay there again if we return to Ocean Isle. Thank you so much Sandra for a wonderful experience!!

My family of 4 stayed here for a few days vacation at the beach. We had plenty of space, great beds, and a workable kitchen. Although it wasn’t right on the beach, it was nice to be away from the beach-goers and enjoy the quiet woods. Sandra was delightful and very responsive to any questions we had.

A Pleasant Stay

It is a home in which the upstairs has been converted into an apartment. It is a very peaceful and private setting and the living quarters are well cared for. The only disadvantage is that you are 1.5 miles from the Community Center (and beach) and you have to take the causeway over to Ocean Isle Beach (no biking). Still, I would stay there again.
