「No safety bars in tub area. No safety mats in tub area. No lamp over the desk to read with. To much walking up and down stair. To far to one ice machine, Not much to breakfast.」

「Love this place. Great location and the rooms are impeccable. Staff are amazing.」

「Hotel room was clean and organized. The bed was super comfy and the morning breakfast was great as well. Only thing I can really say is small details matter and definitely would say they need to replace shower curtains. It had mold at the bottom of the curtain building up. Considering the curtains are of cloth I think they to be replaced pretty often. The staff were pretty decent didn’t really appreciate the worker rushing my family to hurry up while eating breakfast considering I have 2 kids...

「I thought the front desk staff was great. They did what they could to resolve the issues. I had problems first night there. There were people running up and down the stairs til 3 am. I also spoke to the maid about cleaning my room and gave my room number to the front desk to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it. There was a roach in my bed and crawling on the wall. The breakfast staff was helpful.」

「We had a great stay from great staff with happy faces checking us in to easy beach access and friendly pier store. Family friendly. We will be back!」

「Some minor wear and tear of the condition on the inside of the property, overall we were very happy with our stay and the location was perfect.」

「The room was ok clean wise but the sheets and blankets had burn holes in them. The sofa cushions had some as well. The sheets on the pull out sofa bed had stains on them. Shower head spayed water out every where. Towels felt like sand paper. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone no matter if it was cheaper than most we found in the area!」

「Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. 」

「Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.」
