"Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit."

"We are 4 women in our 60’s that take a yearly trip. We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home. It was very clean and had pretty much everything you need except your food. Location was close to calabash and there is much to do there - Calabash Creamery has homemade ice cream and it’s to die for. The Seafood Hut, the Boundary House and Bagel Dock are great as well. If you like nightlife, The Dirty Armadillo has live bands pretty much everything night. Not too far from Myrtle Beach. We had access to 3 pools. We were on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator.Our host was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation."

Neighborhood was great - quiet and so close to the beach and other activities. The little kitchenette was very useful."

Luxurious Sunset Beach Home On The Water With Pool, Boat Dock and Golf Cart

"This was our second time staying in this house and this time was just as great as the last. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house is a huge highlight as it is the most important thing and that is a crucial point to note. We are very clean guests that like to keep things the way they were when we arrived and we like to respect the house and hospitality. The elevator always makes unloading the car a lot easier. The golf cart with paid parking was a huge perk and made it very easy to visit the beach and family in a nearby house. The pool is our main reason staying here. It is a perfect way to cool off during the hot days and we love that there are plenty of chairs under the overhang when the sun becomes too much. The view out back and sitting on the dock in the back as well as fishing has you realizing exactly why this is our happy place. So calm and relaxing. We are already planning our next trip to stay here as this house has become so familiar to us and feels so homey when away from home. The only tiny points (and this is me nitpicking) are that the skillets could use upgrading to be nonstick as everything we cooked stuck to them and made cleanup a bit more difficult and the knives could use sharpening so prepping meals is easier. Otherwise, the house is fully stocked and everything even in the garage makes this for a very enjoyable stay."
