“Great location, clean room, light breakfast. Perfect for beach stay Staff worked well with us when we needed to add a day on to stay. Didn't have to change rooms.”

“The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see .”

“Well the resort itself was fabulous lots of stuff for the kids to do.. however!!! They were hours late on having our room ready at check in time and mind you we have three kids.. and on top of that they charged me a extra 100$ when they charge the remaining total for the room. AND we never got clean towels. Ever. So sad too cause it has such great potential.”

“Room was clean. Click in room was broken. Air conditioner had a loud clanking noise. Maintenance was brought in to repair which they said was done. Second night same clanking noise. No sleep for two nights. Exterior trash can in the lobby was filthy. Not impressed at all for a Marriott property. Would not recommend it stay here.”

“The lady who helped up check in was very nice . However , we arrived to our room dropped off our bags without thoroughly checking the room . We arrived back to the room around 11pm. There was a card that was given to us with 20% off for food . We went to the snack-bar and asked if we would use the coupon. The gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was outrageously rude . He shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Then said he’s not taking any money we have……

“The breakfast in the morning was very convenient and good. The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself could use a lot of maintenance and upkeep. Our stove was dented in and many things were broken and needed repair. Our phone in our room didn’t work.”

“The rooms were not clean. We stayed for four days, and despite placing the “Please Clean Room” sign on our door, housekeeping never came to clean our room. The biggest disappointment was the river shown in the photos. It is not located directly by the hotel as the pictures suggest. You have to walk about two blocks to reach it. If the river view is one of the reasons you’re booking this hotel, be aware of that. There are other hotels in the area at similar or even lower prices with better……
