「Overall the stay was good, the rooms and surrounding common areas could use a little love however. Staff was amazingly helpful as I needed to check in late that evening. 」

「The hotel staff and host were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The hotel is close to a lot of shops and the beach. 」

「The rooms was not senior citizen friendly, not seating(chairs), bathroom area not cleaned and floor dirty. 」

「Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. 」

The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. 」

「The property was dated, my bathroom was dirty and the door did not close. Floor in our room was dirty as well as the knob of the door. Had white powder all over. Beds were very squeaky so was hard to sleep if you moved any. 」

「Our original room was not so good. Opened the door. It smelled like pot. It was old, outdated. No balcony. Guest check in switched our room out. That room was very nice. Recently updated, still no balcony. Remodeling was not a welcome sight or SOUND. Parking lot blocked, noise was horrible. The drunken parrot bar was surprise . 」

「Place was great for the price. Our view had a palm tree in front of us which was disappointing. We cleaned our room upon arrival which wasnt bad to begin with and brought our own bedding.2 Dead cockroaches in the fridge never saw a live one. Tv remote didnt work. Had to purchase toilet paper only had 1 roll upon arriving, we stayed 4 days. Place was built in the 50s and clearly shows. Great location.
