「Place was a great home for a week a few blocks from the beech. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and views early and late of the creek behind the property.Great pool for various levels of swimming ability and overall nice community.」

「Condo was fabulous! Issue for a few days involving the pool. There was poop in the pool and it took 2 days to address the issue. Weather was nice, location is perfect and the condo was beautiful!」

「Absolutely charming. The layout was perfect including the deck. Had coffee and breakfast there every morning and watched the sun rise. The beach is a very nice and we enjoyed walking to the pier. There are many great restaurants nearby as well as 2 grocery stores. Our host Dennis is great to work with and is very quick to respond to any questions.This is a repeat visit staying here!!!」

「Adorable unit, good proximity to public beach access. Pool area was quiet and clean. Check in and out was super easy. We’ve stayed at several units on Ocean Isle and my kids preferred this one over the others. 」

「Our heart is in OIB. This is the vacation that feels like coming home. Joe’s place was exactly what we needed this week. Don’t let the negative past reviews sway you- all things are as they should be. The only thing I would suggest is an earlier check in option. 5:00 is pretty late when you pay full price for a night. Will keep this place in our favorites list! 」

「Nice little spot close to the North end of Ocean Isle beach. The unit had all the things we needed for the week and it was nice to see the little things already there (TP/Paper towels etc) for the arrival day and didn't require us to go out into the rush of everyone arriving for the day.We had some mechanical issues upon arrival and Jamie kept us informed and had a technician out the next day to work on it. Thanks again!」

「This condo was perfect for our get away! My sister and I took our 3 boys (9, 6 and 2) and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Plenty of space, decor was light and airy. As a Mom, loved all the hooks for hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. pump soap at every sink (it’s the little things!) and the fans in closet were much appreciated. The complex itself was quiet and we felt very safe. The walk to the pool/beach was a breeze with the wagon and loved that all beach equipment was included in...
