“Room and space was clean.”

“Great location for the two of us in relation to other family members and the beach.”

“Wonderful! Very clean! Great location.”

“I have stayed in many units in this community through the years. This condo was not at all as presented. Condo was dirty and in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Dirty grout in the master shower, dirty floor grout, dust in closets, dirty baseboards, and dirty kitchen drawers (hair in the silverware drawer). Would not stay in that unit again. Very disappointed! ”

“Room was excellent - clean and well stocked!!Wish there would have been an elevator - I am 60 and a lot of steps to third floor. Also, a lot of steps up and down over the dune to get to the beach.”

“This property was very clean and convenient to beach and downtown area. It’s a small but very cute and perfect for the 2 of us. Very quiet and great walking areas.”

“Great condo with cute deco”

“We enjoyed our visit at this pet friendly condo. It’s very convenient to restaurants and about 1.5 miles from the beach and then about 3 miles to Ocean Isle Beach. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were silky smooth. We will definitely stay there again. oh one other thing the screen, then porch with the comfy swing and seal and fan was Lovely.”

“We had a great worry free vacation. The condo was clean and very roomy. The full kitchen was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very family friendly which made for a good nights sleep. The pool area was fanstatic and very relaxing. Plenty of tables & lounge chairs to sit around and relax. The area was very quiet and had very clean areas to walk your pet. Pet care stations were also located throughout the complex just incase you were to run low on supplies and the……

“Great property and amazing views as always. This was our 8th year staying at Inlet Point Villas and it never disappoints. The point is a great shelling spot! The owner was extremely detailed and helpful on how to get into the building etc. Unit was nicely updated, our kids enjoyed the bunk bed. TV’s in every room. Don’t forget towels and sheets, everything else is provided! Well stocked with all sorts of kitchen necessities. Make sure to bring extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper.……

“Everything went well and we would stay there again if we ever return to cherry cove.”

“The propertywas very clean. It was quiet. The view of the marina was nice. Very reasonably priced. Would visit again.”

“We loved everything about the facility. Great location. Being 2 older couples, we would have preferred a lower level because of health issues but it was still a great stay.Everything went so smooth, we didn't have to contact the hostess at all. She gave excellent instructions on how to do everything that we needed to do to enjoy our stay. Thanks for having us.”

“Family of four (me, wife, two kids….4 & 1)Great and easy beach access. Plenty of pools to use, indoor pool was especially nice during rain (rarely any people too). Tons of food/grocery/entertainment options within 5-10 minutes. The day of our trip we had a last minute request from the property managers asking to verify information so that was some added stress, but the process was easy. Room was clean for the most part. Still had sand on the floor, but when you’re at the beach guess you can’t……
