Clean house. Nice kitchen w all working appliances. Comfortable beds. Soft sheets. Nice towels. GREAT golf cart option (highly recommend this, esp on Oak Island!) . Wish every rental was so well organized and taken care of. TY !!"

"This condo is perfectly situated for all of your Oak Islanfd/Southport needs. Close to everything and one of the most accommodating VRBO residencies and hosts you will find. Cleanliness, Comfort, Coffee (and more coffee), and stocked with EVERYTHING you’d need for an extended time away down near the beach. When I say everything, I mean it. Everything is 5 Star and I can see why all of the reviews give a 10 out of 10. Our host was very thoughtful (with a welcome basket and very descriptive and helpful book on the condo and the surrounding area). You need nothing and if you have to reach out you’ll get an immediate response. Communication was excellent and access is super easy. The place is immaculate and one of the best places if not the best we ever stayed at! "
