“Quaint older house with tons of charm. It’s like stepping back in time. It’s best for adults; not great for kids. ”

“Very clean hotel. Expresso and coffee available all day. Only thing was no darkening shades. Some mornings would have been nice to not have the bright sun coming in (not complaining just explaining). Overall the stay was amazing. Will stay again.”

“It's always a great stay while visiting North Carolina. It is very well staffed with helpful members and the amenities are very good. It's close to alot of shopping centers and good eats. It feels like a home away from home”

“The service”

“The Arrive is fine. It's a clean, updated nice room in a good location. The amenities don't exist, no coffee or breakfast or anything unless you're paying. Parking isn't free, but free parking is easy on the street. The room itself was just ok, clearly an old renovated motel. No body wash, TV remote didn't work, no wifi to be found. Staff, from our experience, was kinda cold and not very friendly. It's fine, but it's not worth $300+ a night.”

“Nothing”

“We flew in late on a Saturday night and 1 call had the shuttle to the airport. The driver was so nice, friendly and accommodating for it being midnight! Having reserved our rooms ahead of time check in was quick and easy. Our rooms were clean and smelled good. Beds were especially comfortable The hotel is on a beautiful setting with the river right behind it where we could walk on the boardwalk and around the historic area. The patio had great relaxing seating where we chose to drink coffee……

“I booked this hotel because of the positive reviews, beautiful photos, and the specific room that was advertised. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. Upon arrival, I was not given the room I reserved and paid for, and I was told that because I booked through a third party, nothing could be done. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the overall cleanliness was below standard, there were not enough……
