We enjoyed being there and walking to the downtown restaurant and having the amenities on the property. There was clean and nice and self parking and protected area was also functional. The bar staff was very pleasant and suggesting a line for my wife and even giving us service rate prior to closing Front Desk was pleasant and efficient We did not eat there this time, but had once in the past

The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall, this is all boutique quality hotel with few drawbacks, that I would easily consider returning to again.

Great location in a very cool part of town. The room was newly decorated beautifully and comfortable for its size Good facilities on site and heaps of walkable options. Air con works well Only warning many rooms are up lots of stairs and there is no elevator or help if you have heavy bags which is why we chose the ground floor for a one night stay before a flight out.
