“Very nice apartment close to downtown Wilmington and 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. The place was very cozy and nice, and had everything I needed. I appreciated the welcome snacks too. The host was very communicative with good suggestions.”

Some nice touches like bottled water in refrigerator and small bags of chips on kitchen counter. Garage parking was a very short walk and the parking pass worked great. There were a number of small issues: 1) front door lock ‘sticky’ and difficult to open, 2) no place to work on a laptop computer, 3) floor-to-ceiling curtains lack the handy poles used to slide them open and closed,……

“We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend.……

“We had the absolute best time! This could not have been a more perfect location for us. It is super walkable and convenient. Tons of restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops around. Plus a gorgeous view of cape fear! I think the only thing that would have made our stay even more perfect would be if the property had beach towels and detergent. I think we sort of thought it would have those things, so we did not pack them, but wish we did. Other than that, I could not recommend this place more! We……

“This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! I recommend the Ghost walk; it was very fun and so close by. The building on the outside looks like a store but thats only a portion of the building. If you go into the building the apartments are on the right side a little more into the building. There is a keypad in the very front of the building that allows you into……
