「No. The poolside was not comfortable. The chairs are old and the whole hotel needs a refresh. 」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「Rooms were small but clean and well decorated. The courtyard stole the show with lots of seating and fire pits to enjoy. Food and drinks at the restaurant were very good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Wilmington 」

「Our experience was fine, I did not like the fact that they asked us to take the trash out, and there was not a trash can close, so my boyfriend had to walk around 10 minutes trying to find it. I think this should be included in the cleaning fee. The room was “clean” but if you’re allergic to dust, this is not a good place to come because the windows had dust, and some lamps. The parking spot was good」

「So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide.
