Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be well appointed. Communication was outstanding! We appreciated the extra toys for the kids and the beach is close by. I would recommend cotton sheets rather than poly/microfiber. Great trip!

Wonderful house

Great house for a week away!

We had an amazing week! The home was clean, fully stocked with everything imaginable, and in a perfect location. Lots of safety features in place for small children which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great vacation. Really enjoyed the house. Loved the salt water pool and surrounding patio space. Large dining room table to fit our entire group of 10. Kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Already booked for a return visit next year.

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with the grandkids. Ocean was conveniently close for morning activity & then, the afternoon was all about the pool. Don’t miss the OIB Nature Trail which is about one block from the house. This sand & boardwalk trail has great marsh views & blooming wildflowers.

Perfect Oasis

Kylie's place was the perfect spot for our family beach vacation this year! Extremely short walk to the beach, plus the private pool at the house was perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Extremely clean and Kylie was almost immediately responsive to my messages. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

Wonderful family beach week

My family has a tradition of spending a week together every summer at Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We all loved the view of the ocean from the deck, and the pool was delightful. The walk to the beach was not too far. The house is lovely, with many special pieces of art. We loved the dining table with the shell collection under glass. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect place to stay! The owners made the process so easy. It was clean and accomodating w/ kitchen supplies at our fingertips; the washer and dryer to not have to travel with dirty clothes, a dish washer and all convenient appliances. It was very spacious; 8 people could comfortably spread out; I plan to go back again! 😊

We loved this house! We had two children under the age of two. The safety gates provided peace of mind with the little ones. And, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories which was greatly appreciated!

This was my family’s first time renting a beach house, and it was wonderful! The house is great and the host was super quick to respond to any questions. Walking to the beach was super quick and easy. The pool was great and even better when we had it heated for the cooler, rainy days. We would love to stay here again next year, but may need a house with an elevator for the seniors in our family! Thank you for a great stay!

Great vaca!

Everything about the listing was as said. It was a great location around the corner from beach access and beach view from the back porch. We loved all the balconies with the outdoor table and pool area. It was great to have all their extra pool toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas available if needed as well. They had everything we needed! Only con some family members had we so many stairs to get to the main floor since bedrooms were on the 1st story. No issue still though(:
