📝Things to Note
- Guests are welcome to the entire unit besides two (2) supply closets in the back bedroom closet. We ask that you leave these locked cabinets alone as they are our personal belongings
- Pool, Laundry & BBQ Area are all common ground & available for all guests staying at the complex
- Parking is first come first serve in front of the unit
- We are located in a golf cart friendly area & golf carts can be rented for additional fees. Please reach out to the host for more information on golf cart rentals
- Dogs are the only pets allowed. Should guest bring a dog, they will need to be in a crate (not supplied) if left unattended in the condo
- Pool access is public with a code given at booking. All pool guests are to wear a provided bracelet while at the pool. If a bracelet is lost or broken there is a $10 charge to replace to be paid after check-out
- All TVs are Roku streaming TVs. We have basic channels although some channels may require your streaming service login
-Must follow check-out instructions. These will be sent to you prior to check-out.
-Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel really badly, please let me know so I can be sure to get it taken care of or replaced for future guests.
-No smoking inside the condo, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin.
-Please keep the noise level down and respect our neighbors. Any neighbor complaints could result in cancellation of booking without a refund.
-If you are traveling with a pet, they will need to be in a kennel/crate if left unattended in the rental. We do NOT provide a kennel/crate.

The property was very clean and a great location to walk downtown for the Cruising the Coast event and to eat at the many restaurants that Ocean Springs has to offer. The beach was a short walk away as well. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.
