Enjoy a comfortable stay just minutes from Bethany Beach in popular Forest Landing Community on a Cul-de Sac lot backing to woods in this spacious 3-bedroom home with an additional bonus room, featuring 2 double bunk beds and sleeping up to 10+ guests. This is one of the few homes in Forest Landing with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, providing plenty of convenience for larger groups. The cozy bedrooms include a king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, a twin bed, a crib, and a sleeper sofa in the loft. Additionally, there are two 65-inch TVs, an office desk, and a monitor for your convenience. Enjoy nights outside on the patio by the firepit.

As a family who has stayed at Forest Landing multiple times over the past decade or more, I rank this property as one of the best. Property was exactly as described by the owners. The rental was very clean upon arrival with all of the necessities included. A large number of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids and beach carriers made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental unit.

A wonderful stay in Bethany Beach
We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very well-kept and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked. The neighborhood itself is quiet and very well-maintained, and the pool is very nice - especially for younger kids. Conveniently located to the beach and the various activities the Bethany Beach area has to offer. The hosts were incredibly nice and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We had a great stay here!
