Wonderful beach getaway

We had a great stay in this lovely, spacious and very clean house . The community was very quiet and beautifully landscaped . The residents of the community were very friendly . The beds were very comfortable had it was wonderful place to sit and relax as well. We had the community facilities available to us for an extra charge, but we did not take advantage if this on this trip. We spent a great deal of time at the beach this time around. The community is very close to the beach, Bethany shops and restaurants . Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great family retreat

Modern home, beautifully decorated, thoughtful considerations, handy beach equipment, quiet & friendly community, convenient direct routes to beach, city parks and local restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again, more than enough room with the 2 masters and 2 additional bedrooms. The only negative feedback I have is that while the interior was impressive, the same care was not given to the exterior. Front entry was covered with cobwebs, spiderwebs, wasp nest, dead bugs; the porches needed to be swept, and there were several ant hills near the garage and several made their way inside.

Very Roomy and Comfortable

Nicely appointed, comfortable, luxury townhouse. We had 8 family/friends and there was plenty of privacy and quiet space. Nearby bike trails and easy bike-access to the beach was great. Only minor gripe is that there was a $300 fee for use of the community amenities and only one FOB card to use among the 8 of us. A bit inconvenient, but a nice vacation!

Lovely quaint beach community

I loved how clean and new the place was and since it was just the 2 of us we had plenty of space. We only stayed in one night out of the week but it was great and all the days were spent at the most beautifull beaches in delaware just minutes away.

Lovely Place to Stay

It was a lovely home that fit all of us comfortably. It had everything we needed, was close to the beach and access to the pool. They had bikes, beach chairs and beach toys. A few minor recommendations: fix up a few doors so that they don’t creek so much. Everyone could hear everyone getting in and out of the rooms and woke a few people. The larger keurig wasn’t working - I would have just discarded that. Dryer didn’t dry well… had to run it 3-4 times to dry something.

Great Space

The home was well-appointed with plenty of room for gathering or privacy. Beds and furnishing were quite comfortable. We enjoyed using the clubhouse facilities, especially the large saltwater swimming pool. Although a car was needed to access the ocean beach, traffic in the neighborhood was always light. The property was 5 minutes away from a grocery store as well as some great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed getaway!

Spacious home, but wasn't entirely clean

The home is spacious and conveniently located walking distance to grocery stores and bikeable to the beach. We appreciated use of bikes and beach chairs. The house wasn't entirely clean. The rugs and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and there was dried up food on the stove and dining room table.

Beautiful Home...construction noise early am

The house is exactly as the photos and clean. We heard construction vehicles warning horn and construction noise early am between 7am? Ridiculously ealry We got a break on Sunday am. WiFi did not connect with app. Called within an hour of checking in the evening. We were told that someone would come to the house. We received no follow up from this and WiFi didn’t connect. The tub is wonderful, but you can’t fill it completely and have someone be able to take a shower. We increased the heat on the hot water tank, which helped to keep the water hot, to fill up. Would suggest an ironing board.
