「The property was well located close to the beach and standard amenities for ease of food shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The layout of the home was accommodating for welcoming other family in the area for gatherings. It was a great stay that we hope to repeat in the future!」

「The rental process was very easy and the renter was very communicative and responsive. The house is very nice and renovated with a game "shed". The only downside to the game shed was it was a bit disheveled and had some bugs here and there (ants and spiders) along with the house. However, we noticed one of the room fans didn't work properly and they brought a working one right away. The property was on the "main strip" but also made it easy to get anywhere in and around Bethany Beach. 」

「The house was super comfortable with tons of space for our family of 8 and every appliance you would need- washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster and propane grill. It also had 2 adult bikes for getting around the community, 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach and a beach wagon to carry them in! It was 65 per person for the resort pass to access the pool, beach shuttle and sports courts- which came with equipment borrowing too! Overall- i highly recommend!」

「We loved our 5 day stay at this beautiful property. The house and the area around it had everything we needed and more. The kids had so much to do riding scooters in the quiet neighborhood, spending every afternoon at the pool or playing pickleball, tennis and the playground.
