「It was a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood that was close to the beach and businesses. We would definitely stay there again 」

「We enjoyed our stay! Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future.」

「This has got to be the best place to stay in Bethany Beach! The hosts (Rick and Cathy) are PHENOMENAL! The property is flawless and clean. The location is stellar and the nights in the deck are memorable. I will definitely return, if they will have me! 」

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. 」
