Family beach escape

The house was super comfortable with tons of space for our family of 8 and every appliance you would need- washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster and propane grill. It also had 2 adult bikes for getting around the community, 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach and a beach wagon to carry them in! It was 65 per person for the resort pass to access the pool, beach shuttle and sports courts- which came with equipment borrowing too! Overall- i highly recommend!

The house was comfortable for our family and conveniently 10 minutes from beach in a very safe neighborhood. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My complaints are with communication and policy. The house is owned by a company, not an individual so getting ahold of them was a challenge. We wanted to extend our stay and couldn’t get through to modify our booking even though the condo was available. There wasn’t a book or document with useful info like WiFi password left for us. The policy that was hard to grasp on vacation was putting the sheets on each bed prior to use. I understand stripping the bed after stay, but we never had to make our own beds upon arrival. The carpets throughout the house were definitely worn which we didn’t favor. I was happy they were able to give us entry code for 1pm when check in wasn’t until 4pm.
